Teaching Ecology Through Apps

The project analysed more than 80 existing serious games about biology, environment protection, climate change etc. The website contains a list with information about these games, such as instructional contents, hardware requirements, game genre, intended learning outcomes, language, and age of target audience.

The project involved 48 teachers from five countries (France, Ireland, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovenia). Over three years, 3600 students participated in these experiments (primary school, college and students with special needs in secondary schools).

This research-action work (teachers, researchers, pedagogical consultants, trainers examined and analysed more than 80 existing serious games about biology, environment protection, climate change etc., and created also some games.
