Further information

The number of publications – referenced literature, studies, websites, teaching material, books, and articles – on the links between nutrition and climate change has grown enormously over the last 10 years, reflecting the growing awareness of the issue in the scientific community as well as the interested public.  The HEALTHYFUTURE4YOU partnership has therefore collected examples of literature from Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Slovakia as well as from English-speaking countries, without claiming to be complete.
